How an engagement runs

The sector shapes the vetting depth and the seasonality flag. The workflow stays the same on every mandate: a structured brief, a considered search, a ranked shortlist and end-to-end offer support.

1. Sector-fluent kickoff

We arrive at the intake call ready. We already know the market, the comp bands, the seasonality and the passive-market context. Your intake time is spent on your business, not our education.

2. Search & screen

We approach the network and the active market, screen for service temperament, mobility and previous tenure, and verify comp expectations before an introduction.

3. Ranked shortlist

Three to five applicants per brief, properly vetted, with written notes on each. We rank the shortlist and explain the ranking. We do not just send a stack of CVs.

4. Offer & onboarding

Interview coordination, offer structuring, counter-offer management and start-date confirmation. Post-start check-ins at day 30 and day 90.

What sits outside our scope

Roles that need a specialist desk in another vertical. If you ask us for a manufacturing plant manager or a fund manager, we will refer you out with pleasure.
